Refund policy
At BlessedPearl™, we trust our products, but in any case if you recieve any damaged or unwanted products or the pearl size does not fit in the pendant, contact us within 7 days of delivery, we ensure easy returns and refunds.

Details for returning an order (*IMPORTANT*):
- Record an unboxing video upon delivery to quickly initiate returns for damaged or unwanted products.
- Only unwanted products or damaged orders or the pearl size does not fit in the pendant, will be eligible for return and refunds. Any other reason will not be entertained.
- Provide order ID, product video/photo, reason for return, and UPI ID for refund within 7 days of delivery.
- Product must be in its original condition before requesting a return.
Timeframe: Returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Initiate return process within this timeframe for refund/exchange.
Cancellations: To cancel your order, email us at help@blessedpearl.in Order cannot be cancelled after 12 hours of recieving your order.
Refunds: If refund is approved by SURAKSHIT ENTERPRISES amount will be credited to customers account within 1/2 days. If you haven't received your refund after this time, please contact us at help@blessedpearl.in
